How to Order

Notes: For first time buyers, please kindly read the FAQs, Rebate Scheme and Terms & Conditions before sending in your orders.

Step 2: Click on the “submit” button.

Step 3: You will receive a confirmation e-mail and SMS (within 24 hours, exclude Weekend & Public Holidays) with the account details and total delivery charge.

Step 4: Please inform us by email or SMS once you have made the payment.

We accept bank transfer payment ONLY. We apologise that we do not accept credit cards.
We do provide 2 Bank Accounts for Malaysian to make the payment. You can either pay through ATM or Online Fund Transfer into one of the bank stated below.

Shipping & Delivery

1) Delivery is provided within Malaysia ONLY for this moment. We deliver your order via POSLAJU

3) Delivery Time

Items will be deliver within 4-6 Working Days ( for Kuala Lumpur and Selangor) after full payment received. For other areas (within Malaysia), the delivery will take 4 to 6 or 4 to 7 Working Days.


Refund & Exchange

- All items are checked to confirm in good condition prior to delivery. CoolBe Mall will not hold any responsibilities for delay, damage or lost incurred during the shipment. However, we will take responsibility to rectify our mistakes if there are wrong items delivered to you.
- All goods sold are not refundable.
- Your money will refunded immediately if we received a sudden last minute notification from the dealer informing the goods are out of stock during shipping process.
